What You'll Get 💥

For 21 days, expect to see shakes, progress and feel sore muscles throughout these next three weeks. We will be targeting large muscle groups as well as the tiny muscle fibers that we can never hit in the gym. All trainings are time under tension and meant to burn out your muscles to the maximum. Here’s what’s inside:
  • 2 strength training days (in the gym with machines)
  • 3 mat sculpt sessions (mat Pilates x strength; my signature trainings)
  • 2 days your choice of activity with a variety of trainings to choose from
  • one on one contact and support from Melania herself.
